Qld: Delusional Lotto man convicted of attempted murder

BRISBANE, Sept 16 AAP - An elderly man under the delusion that he had been cheated
out of a $2.5 million Lotto win was convicted of attempted murder today.

Milan Laus (Laus), 75, of Red Hill in Brisbane's inner west, was found guilty by a
Queensland Supreme Court jury of attempted murder and attempted arson on August 18 last
year.

He was acquitted of a further charge of attempted murder.

Laus rode his moped at 5am to a Red Hill street and lobbed a Molotov cocktail into
