LONDON, July 22 (Xinhua) -- British Prime Minister Tony Blair on
Thursday called for public understanding over the failure of the US Central
Intelligence Agency (CIA) to prevent the Sept. 11 terror attacks on the
United States, saying the CIA did everything it could to prevent the attacks.
