Bangladesh to purchase 3 Russian helicopters, XINHUA

DHAKA, June 28 (Xinhua) -- Bangladesh is going to purchase three MI-
171 helicopters from Russia for its air force and the air force okayed
the purchase of the helicopters, a spokesman of the defense ministry said
Monday.
The three helicopters will be bought at a total cost of 12.71 million
US dollars. The tender to purchase these helicopters were floated in November
