Analysis: Former Chancellor Helmut Kohl returns to his seat in Parliament today

Germany's former Chancellor Helmut Kohl appeared in Parliament today for the first time since November. That's when he admitted to maintaining secret party bank accounts, causing a crisis for his party, the Christian Democratic Union. Kohl tried to polish his tarnished image today, as NPR's Edward Lifson reports.
