BEC-Tero Entertainment, a content provider for TV Channel 3 and a music
and film event organiser, is to launch its initial public offering next
month.
"We'll be selling 50 million new shares to the public, increasing our
paid-up capital from Bt200 million to Bt250 million. The proceeds will
be used for debt repayment to our parent company [BEC World Plc], working
capital and new investments," managing director Brian Marcar said recently.

BEC World and Brian are at present the major shareholders of BEC-Tero
