Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia yesterday stressed the need for practising
a culture of tolerance for developing democratic society and institutions.
She was speaking as the chief guest at the Sushikkha Barsha -2003 Gold
Medal Awarding Ceremony of Dhaka University in the TSC auditorium. She
distributed gold medals among 45 students who secured first class first
position or the highest Grade points in the honours examinations of different
departments.
The Prime Minister gave away MO Gani Memorial Foundation Gold Medal to
