NSW: Selim says properties mistakenly in own and wife's names
SYDNEY, Dec 10 AAP - Pan Pharmaceuticals founder Jim Selim told a liquidators examination
today that three Sydney properties were mistakenly registered in his and his wife's names.
Peter Wood, SC, was examining Mr Selim in the NSW Supreme Court on behalf of Pan Pharmaceuticals
liquidators, Anthony McGrath and Christopher Honey.
Pan was put into voluntary administration in May after the Therapeutic Goods Administration
