The Irish Republican Army's longtime head of internal security has been revealed in several Irish and British Sunday papers as a British mole. Alfredo "Freddy" Scappaticci has evidently fled Ireland after being publicly identified as the agent code-named Stakeknife. On the line from Belfast is reporter Dan Keenan of The Irish Times.
