Sometimes, there are no winners.
That was how a panel of experts described the ongoing blockade of Armenia
by its neighbors, Turkey and Azerbaijan. The workshop on Monday, September
8, 2003, was arranged by the Eastern Diocese of the Armenian Church of
America as part of the U.N.'s 56th annual NGO/DPI Conference of
international nongovernmental organizations.
