New EPF procedure entails more red tape

I AM appalled by the decision of EPF that computers should in future be purchased through the post office.

The present procedure of applying for the purchase through EPF is already fraught with red tape and the new one through the post office is going to entail further red tape.
One begins to wonder whether the purpose of the whole exercise is to frustrate contributors.
