Plast Ukrainian Scouting Organization celebrates 50th anniversary in the
U.S.

NEW YORK - Plast Ukrainian Scouting Organization is celebrating it's 50th
year of existence in the United States with national and local events, as
well as the release of merchandise tying in to this anniversary.

The celebration officially began in October 1999 at the Plast's national
"zyizd" (convention) and continues through 2000. Many Plast branches have
already held their local commemorative events. National events are being
planned by…
