Black Man Fights Marines Over Identity

OAKLAND -- Martin Lejean King of Oakland lost more than his ID when he
misplaced his wallet in Georgia -- he also lost his freedom and finally
collided with the brass at the U.S. Marines. And, it's a story that hasn't
ended because King is hoping to get a day in court to sort things out. And
get his life back on track.

King had moved to Atlanta to attend Morris Brown, the historically Black
college, where he majored in political science. Then after holding some
