When we first talked to Germantown/Lankenau High School Principal Gloria
Pelzer, it was approximately two years ago. She was a new principal in a
school of approximately 1,800 students with two campuses. Pelzer had her
work cut out for her, and almost two years later she and her staff are
beginning to experience some fruit with their labor.

We talked to Pelzer and her staff members at Germantown's main campus,
located at Germantown & High streets (the Lankenau campus is located at 201
Spring Lane in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia). ...
