Inspired by a visit to Geronimo's grave site in Oklahoma, Ruffo's book is
divided into four parts: "At Geronimo's Grave," "Drum Song," "Address
Unknown," and "Dance to Hold On."

The cover of the book is an old photo of Geronimo in a Model T Ford with a
black, shiny, tall top hat. It's a postcard Ruffo (Ojibway) found in
England and is the impetus for the title poem (and the book itself) in the
first section, "At Geronimo's Grave."

Ruffo describes Geronimo as, "Fierce, tenacious, master of guerrilla
warfare... the history books say... It took five ...
