El Banco de Desarrollo de Amrica del Norte (NADB) y la ciudad de Eagle
Pass el martes 1ro. de octubre firmaron un acuerdo para crear la
infraestructura de un proyecto hidrulico y tratamiento de aguas residuales
que beneficiar a esta ciudad fronteriza y a otros asentamientos humanos de
alrededor. La firma del convenio habla de recursos no reembolsables por
17.99 millones de dlares.

El NADB, creado bajo los auspicios del Acuerdo de Libre Comercio de Amrica
del Norte (TLC), es una institucin financiera bilateral de Estados Unidos
y Mxico, ...
