TYLER, TOO: Beware the Gerrymander
In its recent 5-to-4 decision that found the 12th Congressional District in
North Carolina to be constitutional, the U.S. Supreme Court, for the first
time in its long history, gave explicit approval to the gerrymander, a
political beast that has repeatedly perverted the will of the voters in
state after state.
