Bill Says P.A. `Destroying' Temple Mount: Measure Would Tie U.S. Aid to
Halt in Islamic Construction Work
WASHINGTON -- Republican Rep. Eric Cantor of Virginia is introducing a bill
to cut off $200 million in U.S. development funds to Chairman Yasser Arafat
and the Palestinian Authority unless Islamic construction activities on the
Temple Mount are halted immediately.
