Nicolas voted NaFFAA Eastern Region chairman
Rudy Nicolas was elected the next regional chair at the first biennial
regional conference of the National Federation of Filipino-American
Associations (NaFFAA) held here in Rhode Island last Sept. 14-16.
Arnie Rosario ran unopposed and was elected vice-chair. Ludy Corrales who
put up a strong fight for the regional chairmanship was appointed deputy
