GOVERNOR'S MEMO: Hudson River stretch to be declared No Discharge Area

RECENTLY, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has responded favorably
to my request that a 153-mile stretch of the Hudson River be declared a No
Discharge Area, prohibiting all sewage discharge from vessels.
