Atlanta Falcons Youth Foundation To Award $1 Million In Grants To Nonprofit Groups Serving Georgia's Young People

The Atlanta Falcons Youth Foundation has announced it will award $1 million
in grants during 2002 to nonprofit organizations serving youth in the state
of Georgia. This move is part of the Atlanta Falcons' drive to create a
winning team, not only on the field, but off the field, and to serve the
communities in which Falcons associates and fans live and work.

The Atlanta Falcons Youth Foundation's mission is to strengthen the
capacity of youth organizations to operate as teams, both on and off the
athletic field, focusing primarily on sports, recreation and physical
