Sunday, October 6, 2002 will remain a memorable day in the history of St.
John Garabed Armenian Church and the Western Diocese.

In conjunction with the observance of the 25th Consecration Anniversary of
the San Diego Church, Archbishop Vatche Hovsepian, Primate of the Western
Diocese, ordained Micah Antran Jendian, an active member of the St. John
Garabed Parish, to the rank of Deacon, during the celebration of the Divine
Liturgy.
