Fed: Sacked contractors accuse Boral of unconscionable conduct

SYDNEY, Aug 4 AAP - More than 20 owner/drivers sacked by resource and construction giant Boral will fight for their jobs and personal entitlements in the Federal Court.

The owner/drivers, who lost their jobs last September, will accuse Boral of unconscionable conduct, which is unlawful under both common law dealing with contracts and the Trade Practices Act.
