Fed; Convicted cop killer has win in High Court

CANBERRA, May 28 AAP - The High Court today upheld an appeal by convicted cop killer
David Eastman against a decision by the Federal Court halting an inquiry into whether
he was fit to plead to a charge of murder.

The High Court found that the decision to hold an inquiry was valid.
