The IDA, a sister organization of World Bank (WB) yesterday made it clear
that a pricing policy in the energy sector should be adopted before the
donors' meeting here on May 17-18. Side by side the energy sector reform
work should be finished within three years from the proposed meeting.
Otherwise the IDA will reconsider disbursement of about US $ 300
million for the on-going projects under the two ministries, now in the
pipeline, sources said.
Power Ministry sources said that the IDA delegation would not directly
link disbursement of US $ 300 million for ...
