RL: Dragons talk to Hall about Ryles

By Brent Read

SYDNEY, March 17 AAP - St George Illawarra officials today contacted judiciary commissioner Jim Hall to assure him they would take action to clean up prop Jason Ryles' act on the field.

Ryles was placed on report at the weekend for an alleged head butt on Wests prop John Skandalis, but Hall decided not to charge the 23-year-old because it "wasn't serious"

enough to warrant it.

But that didn't stop Dragons chief executive Peter Doust ringing Hall to relay the club's concerns over its young prop.
