AS MORE hotel-resorts spring up in Sabah, older hotels such as
Shangri- La's Tanjung Aru Resort in Kota Kinabalu are embarking on an overhaul
of their properties in order to keep up with the competition.
The 10.12ha resort is undergoing a RM29 million renovation exercise
that will be completed in November this year. The renovation involves refurbishing
