Country's four Cellular phone operators have protested the temporary
suspension of their services by the Government on different occasion. In
a letter to the Government the mobile phone operators namely Grameen Phone,
Pacific Telecom (BD), TM International BD and Sheba Telecom, also demanded
compensation for these type of move in future as per the provision of the
country's Telecom Act, sources said.
