Changsha to Open Wide its Door for Foreign Capitals
CHANGSHA, Jan 30, 2003 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Changsha City of Hunan
Province will open wider its door for foreign capitals in all the
industries without the bans of the government. The statement was made
