Changsha to Open Wide its Door for Foreign Capitals

CHANGSHA, Jan 30, 2003 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Changsha City of Hunan Province will open wider its door for foreign capitals in all the industries without the bans of the government. The statement was made by Mei Kebao, chairperson of Changsha municipal Party Committee, in a colloquium of press circle.
