Vic: Fear Tawonga fire deliberately lit

TAWONGA, Vic, Jan 25 AAP - A fire which broke out in Tawonga near Mt Beauty in Victoria's
north-east last night is believed to have been lit by arsonists.

The fire was started by the side of the road over Tawonga Gap at about 10pm (AEDT)
and is still burning out of control in rugged mountain terrain.
