Weeks before the fall of Saigon, Communist troops captured the city
of Hue. It was a big victory, some say even bigger than the taking
of Saigon. Today, as NPR's Eric Weiner reports, Hue has recovered
from the war, and the Vietnamese government is trying to showcase
the city as, what it calls, a national treasure.
