resolution passed unfettered through Congress, I never realized how
far this administration would take the concept of the "faith-based
initiative." That is technically what we are dealing with here, is
it not? I mean, has there been another time in our nation's history
when Congress gave a president such sweeping power on faith alone,
with little or no evidence that we needed to use force?
