PN4 COMPANY Tongkah Holdings Bhd plans to venture into logistics, transport and engineering in a move to help regularize its financial condition.

It will set up a new company (newco) that will buy HaborLink (M) Sdn Bhd, Habor Agencies (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd and Eastern Soldar Engineering & Construction Sdn Bhd for RM14.85 million. Newco will pay for the companies by issuing 14.85 million new shares of RM1 each.
