O'REILLY: In the "Unresolved Problem" segment tonight, 13-year-old Alex and 14-year-old Derek King have been convicted of second-degree murder in the beating death of their father, 40-year-old Terry King.

Boys are supposed to be sentenced on October 17, could get 22 years to life. But there are some in Florida who want to give the boys the possibility of parole at age 21.
