Biochemistry professor Vincent Massey dies at 75

Vincent Massey, a professor of biochemistry at the University of Michigan
and a leading world authority on flavoprotein research, has died.
He was 75.
Massey died Aug. 26 at his Ann Arbor home from heart failure.
"The field of flavin research may never have anyone with his influence
and productivity," Dave Ballou, a biochemistry colleague at Michigan,
told The Detroit News for a story Tuesday. "He ... could see things
in data that most of us would have missed."
