JAKARTA, Aug. 30 (Xinhua) -- Another daughter of founding president Sukarno,
Rachmawati Soekarnoputri has declared to form her own political party,
posing a new challenge to her elder sister, President Megawati Soekarnoputri,
in the 2004 general election.
