Dateline: BOLZANO, Italy Germany's Stuttgart qualified for the Intertoto Cup semifinals, overcoming Italy's Perugia on a 4-3 aggregate score in the third round of the European competition that awards UEFA Cup berths.

Perugia's 2-1 victory in Saturday's second-leg match in Italy _ thanks to a goal in injury time by Emanuele Bettoni _ wasn't enough to overcome Stuttgart's 3-1 win at home last week.
