Saudi Soccer Federation Fires Coach

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia (AP) _ Saudi Arabia's soccer federation has fired coach Nasser al-Johar following the team's dismal World Cup performance, in which it failed to score a goal.

A technical committee will seek a replacement for al-Johar, whose team lost all three group stage games while allowing 12 goals.
