Dateline: THIMPHU, Bhutan Just before the soccer world determines its new world champion on Sunday, two teams from tiny Caribbean and Asian nations will play a match in this Himalayan kingdom to decide which is the worst national team on earth.

Just hours before four-time champion Brazil meets three-time titlist Germany in a World Cup title showdown in Yokohama, Japan, the national teams of Bhutan and Montserrat meet in Bhutan's capital, Thimphu, to determine which will end up at the bottom of FIFA's world rankings.
