The High Court yesterday directed the Additional Attorney General to
ensure by today that Dr Mohiuddin Khan Alamgir, who is now in police custody
on remand, not be handed over to any other agencies of government except
the police.
The court also directed him to inform the court about his whereabouts
as Dr Alamgir had filed an application under Section 56/A of the Code of
Criminal Procedure claiming that ...
