Managing Director of Grameen Bank Professor Dr Mohammad Yunus and two officials of Grameen Phone were granted ad-interim anticipatory bail by the High Court yesterday in a case filed in the court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Dhaka, by a subscriber of grameen phone. The two officials are Ola Ree, Managing Director and Khaled Shams, chairman of Grameen Phone. The division bench comprising Justice MA Aziz and Justice Md Nazrul Islam Chowdhury also issued a show cause notice upon the government asking it to explain why they shall not be granted anticipatory bail.
