India Losing out in Foreign Hardware Investment: Survey, XINHUA

NEW DELHI, February 26 (Xinhua) -- India was losing foreign investment
in hardware sector to certain developing countries mainly due to tariff
and other policy deficiencies in contrast to the country's continued
dominance
in the export of software, according the annual Economic Survey issued
on Tuesday.
Very low investment was taking place in hardware industry and foreign
investment was going to China, Brazil, Malaysia and other countries,
said
