Analysis: Slobodan Milosevic's war crimes trial to begin

Former Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic will finally have his day in court on Tuesday in what's being described as the biggest war crimes trial since Nuremberg. Milosevic is the first ever former head of state to face such charges. NPR's Nick Spicer has been following pretrial proceedings at the International War Crimes Tribunal at The Hague. He filed this report.
