Fed: Yorta Yorta win right to appeal

MELBOURNE, Dec 14 AAP - The Yorta Yorta people today won the right to resume their
struggle for native title in the High Court.

In a special leave to appeal hearing, the full bench of the High Court in Melbourne
approved the Yorta Yorta application to appeal an earlier Federal Court decision against
their claim.
