Jiangxi Attracts Foreign Investments

JIANGXI, Dec 05, 2001 (AsiaPort via COMTEX) -- According to statistics, during the first 3 quarters of this year, China's Jiangxi Province took in USD283 million of foreign investments, up 93 per cent compared to that of the same period last year.

Ford Motor Co. has established a joint venture (Jiangxi Jiangling) in Jiangxi.

The Ford has pledged to further strengthen the strategic cooperation relations with the Jiangling, now that China has been accepted by the World Trade Organization (WTO).
