Sunday, November 25, 2001 -- A few nights ago I had a bad dream and woke up. In a second I felt a splitting headache and had to take some paracetamol. It took nearly an hour for the headache to go away.

I'm a healthy, 38-year-old woman and rarely get headaches. Is getting one from a bad dream normal?
