Qld: No sign of missing catamaran duo

A night sweep of the sea off the central Queensland coast has failed to find any trace
of two people who took to a liferaft after their catamaran sank early today.

The Australian Search and Rescue Coordination Centre had hoped that a low flying noisy
aircraft might have attracted the attention of the two crew members of the catamaran White
Wash.
