In Afghanistan, the Northern Alliance continues to position itself to play a significant role in helping to topple the Taliban government, and eventually in forming a new Afghan government. NPR's Anne Garrels just spent three weeks in northern Afghanistan. She found that, as part of its public relations campaign, the Northern Alliance and its soldiers are playing to willing cameras.
