BIDDEFORD-- Rory Holland is one of two candidates challenging Mayor Donna Dion in her bid for a third two-year term in the Nov. 6 election. The other candidate is Rosemarie Sheltra, who has been the Ward 3 city councilor for the last eight years. Holland failed to respond to several requests for an interview about his campaign goals.
