Though we won't see the record highs of the past few years, Bruce
Batt, chief biologist for Ducks Unlimited, still anticipates an
impressive fall migratory flight this autumn; based on staff field
observations and surveys by U.S. and Canadian waterfowl specialists.

Variations in habitat conditions are the primary cause of the
variation in the annual fall flight.
