DALIAN, April 6 (Xinhua) -- The 2001 north China tourism fair will be held
in Dalian, a coastal city in Liaoning Province, on April 13 and 14.
An official with the city's tourism bureau said that the fair will be
jointly sponsored by the tourism bureaus and associations of 10 provinces,
municipalities and autonomous regions in north China.
During the fair, the sixth of its kind, a great number of tour
programs will be promoted, art performances and seminars on tourism development
will be hosted, and tourism-based transactions will be conducted.
